Couples Ceremonies

Whether you are marrying in the traditional sense, entering into a civil partnership, or simply wanting to make a public declaration of your union, there is no doubt that this is a very exciting time and I want to assist you in having the most wonderful and memorable day.

You are unique and I believe your ceremony should be a reflection of this. To that end, by using an independent celebrant you can be as creative as you like with your big day. You can have your ceremony just about anywhere you wish: a marquee in your garden; your favourite football team’s centre circle; the restaurant where you had your first date; on the beach or in the woods, it really is up to you.

Remember though, that if you are planning to hold the event outdoors, this is Scotland and you might just want to have a back-up indoors organised just in case!

From the moment we first meet I promise to really get to know you, to find out all about your family and friends, to find out what makes you as both individuals and a couple really tick.

I will then work with you to write your love story, a story that we can share with your guests. In addition, if you want to write your own vows, I can certainly advise you on how to approach this as well as advising on any poetry, readings or music that you may wish to include.
